Career Clarity Coaching Program

Career Clarity Coaching Program: Are you frustrated, bored, or stressed with your work? If you are feeling unfulfilled with your job, you are part of approximately 60% of the work force. If you would like to feel good about getting up in the morning, even on Monday mornings, there are creative solutions out there, even if you can’t see them at the moment. The Career Clarity Program takes approximately 6 to 12 sessions and meets, usually by phone, 2 to 3 times a month. If you want to discover a career that incorporates your passions, skills and interests and fits your lifestyle, the Career Clarity Program will help you create the career options that fit who you are and how you want to live, creating a career around your values and your lifestyle.

The Career Clarity Program has two distinct phases:

Phase 1

Our goal is to learn as much as we can about you, your needs, interests, values and desired lifestyle. The more information we collect, the quicker and easier it is to bring the information together to discover your future direction. At the end of this phase you will have identified 1-3 careers that you are seriously interested in and want to explore in depth. This first phase usually takes from 6-10 sessions.

Phase 2

In this phase after pulling all the information together to identify one to three careers that you want to explore in depth, we will work towards identifying the final Dream Career for You! This second phase is more self-timed. You may want coaching on a regular basis or not so often and we will address this as we get to this stage and see how you want to continue.

The Career Clarity Program uses the "Your Dream Career for Dummies" book, which can be purchased at a local bookstore or via books.htm.
